I wish I had an opportunity earlier on in my career to attend this programme because I would have done things differently but it’s never too late. I would really encourage other colleagues to consider doing a similar programme with you because I liked your approach. I enjoyed your facilitation and that you were getting the best out of everyone. You engaged all of us and motivated and encouraged us to participate. It was so exciting. Group work with case studies were awesome and stimulating to problem solving scenarios. In summary, I would say the programme was such an enjoyable and valuable experience.

I would recommend this coaching program. It saved me and made my leadership much better, specifically in the area of problem solving and thinking about what I want to achieve and how to get there.
